About Us
Foundation for Development Action is a non-governmental organization registered under Societies Registration Act of 1955. The organization started functioning in 2008 at select districts of Kerala namely; Pathanamthitta, Kollam, Alappuzha and Thiruvananthapuram. The organization is run by an army of young, energetic and talented professionals from various disciplines namely; Social Work, Health, Law, Counselling and Environmental Science. Our focus area includes; Disaster Risk Reduction, Child Protection, Livelihoods and Capacity Building.
Where we work
Foundation for Development Action initially started implementing programmes in the four districts of Kerala namely; Pathanamthitta; Kollam; Alappuzha and Thiruvananthapuram. Presently the organization is working in the entire fourteen districts of Kerala.
